My Story
Change has always been my only constant.
I’ve studied in four countries and earned my degree as a Mechanical & Industrial Engineer. Along the way, I built my career as an IT & management consultant, team lead, and release train engineer—working in startups, SMEs, and large corporations.
I’ve worked for toxic bosses and with inspiring leaders. But I got lucky. The companies I worked for invested in me:
• I participated in some of the most renowned leadership trainings.
• I worked with incredible coaches.
• I learned from experienced mentors.
These experiences changed my career—and my life.
But here’s the problem: not everyone gets these opportunities. I decided to change that. I became a business owner, writer, coach, and community builder to democratize access to leadership development.
Because when great people come together—in a safe space, empowered by technology—anything is possible.
